CHECKLIST FOR CASH CREDIT / BUSINESS LOAN

Submission of Loan proposal
  1. Loan application for duly filled up by the borrower.
  2. Photograph of borrower and guarantor with self attestation.
  3. No due Certificate from all Local Banks.
  4. Quotation of assets to be purchased from the authorized dealer.
  5. Premises lease agreement in case of lease premises
  6. Permission / License from competent authority for business
  7. Stock statement duly signed by the borrower
  8. Audited Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for last two years.
  9. Proposed Balance Sheet for two years
  10. Collateral Security offered
    • in case of land - Original land records, along with up to date rent receipt
    • Valuation report of the property
    • Consent of the land owner for mortgage of the property to the Bank in case of the owner other than the borrower
    • Encumbrance Certificate of the land for 13 years
Documents to be obtained at the time of Disbursement of Loan
  1. Demand Promissory Note
  2. D.P. Delivery Letter
  3. Revival Letter
  4. Letter of lien and set off
  5. Loan Agreement
  6. Form of declaration to the constitution of the firm / company
  7. Letter of continuity
  8. Pledge Deed
  9. Letter of Hypothecation
  10. Letter of Guarantee
  11. Mortgage deed of Collateral Security (in case of land)
  12. Letter of acceptance Accepting the terms and conditions of sanction
  13. Original land sale deed/patta
  14. Authorisation to debit Group Redemption Insurance premium to loan account
  15. Post dated cheques duly signed by the borrower

CHECKLIST FOR HOUSE BUILDING LOAN


Submission of Loan proposal
  1. Loan application for duly filled up by the borrower.
  2. Photograph of borrower and guarantor with self attestation.
  3. No due Certificate from all Local Banks.
  4. Approved Plan and Estimate of proposed building
  5. Income Tax return / Pay slip duly countersigned by the competent authority of the institution.
  6. Xerox copy of voter Identity Card / Matriculation Certificate or proof of age from competent authority.
  7. Up to date tent receipt and original land records where the proposed building will be constructed.
  8. Encumbrance Certificate of the land for 13 years.
  9. Road map to the proposed building
  10. Statement from the applicant on completion of building.

  5. Project Report
  6. Audited Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for last three years.
  7. Projected Balance Sheet for two years
  8. Lease Agreement of the premises in case of lease premises
  9. License for business from the competent authority
  10. Pollution Certificate where required
  11. Collateral Security offered
    • in case of land - Original land records, along with up to date rent receipt
    • Valuation report of the property
    • Consent of the land owner for mortgage of the property to the Bank in case of the owner other than the borrower
    • Encumbrance Certificate of the land for 13 years
